the grounds were beautiful. the forest trail allowed for exploration of the grounds. the riverside cafe provided excellent food (i enjoyed it!). the staff were cheerful and happy to assist.
the hotel felt dated. the furniture showed age (i found it a little dirty). the check-in process took longer because my room wasn't prepared.

i found the staff was very friendly, particularly at reception. the main pool had ample loungers. the grounds are expansive and i saw many well kept gardens. the shuttle service to the city center was punctual.
the room i stayed in looked a bit dated. the bathroom had a slight musty scent i noticed. the breakfast buffet, although extensive, could use more variety in its hot dishes.

The resort provided a tranquil setting amidst lush greenery, a true escape. Breakfast was excellent (especially the fresh fruit selection!). I appreciated the attentive staff and the meticulously maintained grounds, which contributed to a supremely relaxing stay.
I found that the distance to some facilities required navigating numerous steps. This was slightly inconvenient. More frequent shuttle services within the resort would improve accessibility.
